The IA-CEO Staff (Todd Hutcheson, Stacy Mullinex, Judy Butler, Janell Crow and Annette Stevenson) and Atul Mitra, Management, have received the 2025 - 2026 Inspiring Innovation Award from the Wilson College of Business. 

IA-CEO has partnered with Atul and the Wilson College academic unit to elevate employee ownership practice and research. In a very short time, we've gained a reputation for this partnership. So far, Wilson College can boast of three Rutgers Fellows — faculty expanding their research to answer questions about employee ownership.
