The Iowa Center for Employee Ownership (IA-CEO) serves as Iowa's central hub for employee ownership education and resources.

We are the 21st Employee Ownership Expansion Network (EOX) state center in the country, operating under the direction of University of Northern Iowa's (UNI) Advance Iowa. Our mission is to support economic prosperity in Iowa through the expansion of employee ownership.
