Attend the Conference at No Cost
We’re committed to making employee ownership accessible to the next generation. Through our Student Scholarship Program, students can apply to attend the 2026 IA-CEO Employee Ownership Annual Conference at no cost.
This is an opportunity to learn directly from business leaders, explore career paths, and gain a real-world understanding of employee ownership. Students will have access to all sessions, networking opportunities, and dedicated guidance throughout the day.

Sponsor a Student
Sponsoring a student is a simple, meaningful way to support the future of employee ownership in Iowa.
For $99, you can provide a student with full access to the conference—opening the door to new ideas, connections, and career possibilities they may not otherwise experience.
It’s a small investment that creates a lasting impact, helping students see what’s possible while strengthening the pipeline of future employee-owners and leaders.
You can choose to mentor the student(s) you sponsor or simply support their attendance through a financial contribution.
Mentor a Student
Mentors play a key role in making the conference experience meaningful for students.
As a mentor, you’ll help guide a small group of students throughout the day—offering context during sessions, encouraging questions, and helping them navigate networking opportunities with confidence.
You don’t need to have all the answers—just a willingness to engage, share perspective, and help students connect what they’re learning to the real world.
It’s a rewarding way to give back while helping students get the most out of their experience.
