Judy Butler is a Program Manager at Advance Iowa. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Judy has owned a variety of small businesses, ranging from online ventures to brick-and-mortar enterprises. She brings over 15 years of experience in higher education, where she has frequently acted as a liaison between academia and the business community. Recently, Judy has become involved with the Iowa Center for Employee Ownership (IA-CEO), helping to support employee ownership initiatives across the state.

Judy earned her degree in business management and political science from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. In her free time, she loves to travel with her husband, particularly when it involves visiting their grandchildren.
