Judy Butler is a Program Manager with the Iowa Center for Employee Ownership at Advance Iowa. She brings a strong background in entrepreneurship, having owned and operated several small businesses, both online and brick-and-mortar. For over 15 years, Judy has worked in higher education, often serving as a liaison between academia and the business community.

Passionate about preserving Iowa’s small towns and rural businesses, Judy is dedicated to supporting sustainable growth through employee ownership and succession planning. She is a graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, where she studied business management and political science.
