is a seasoned executive leader and experienced Board member with 30+
years of managing and advising employee-owned and family-owned companies. He retired
at the end of 2023 as President and CEO of Folience, the 100% ESOP-owned holding
company that he founded and built with his team. Daniel has served on numerous Boards
of ESOP and non-ESOP companies and continues to serve on boards of ESOPs in the role
of Board Chair and Chair of Audit Committees. In 2024, Daniel founded Go ESOP LLC to
advise ESOP executives and boards on issues ranging from governance to M&A, culture,
and sustainability.

Daniel is a passionate advocate for employee ownership. He is a board member of the
NCEO and has served on the boards of The ESOP Association, Employee Ownership
Foundation, and EOX.
